Landlord
We work in individual properties and blocks of apartments for landlords often through their agents. This may mean inspecting and testing the whole of an existing installation or landlords or common parts only.

Our inspections fully comply with IEE Wiring Regulations 17th Edition Guidance Note 3 Inspection & Testing. We carry out Periodic Inspection Reports for Electrical Installations and Emergency Lighting installations, Power Factor reports, Harmonic investigations and Electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) testing, Portable Appliance Testing (PAT) and Thermal imaging. We will provide observations or recommendations within our report and include an estimate of costs for items noted.
