NICEIC Inspections and Reports

Scheduled Maintenance
To meet budgets, clients often like to schedule maintenance works, to minimize unexpected costs. We fully inspect an installation and report on its condition and recommend a planned maintenance schedule. We can work with your professional team or design any element of the electrical installation.

We will provide observations or recommendations with our report and include an estimate of cost for items noted. Portable Appliance Testing (PAT) Thermal imaging and Data Logging often feature within scheduled maintenance packages.

Insurance
We inspect and test for insurance purposes. Clients are often required by their insurance companies to have their premises inspected and a NICEIC certificate issued. We provide quotations for insurance assessors or for clients who are making a claim to their insurers.

Our inspections fully comply with IEE Wiring Regulations 17th Edition Guidance Note 3 Inspection & Testing. We carry out Periodic Inspection Reports for Electrical Installations and Emergency Lighting installations, Power Factor reports, Harmonic investigations and Electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) testing, Portable Appliance Testing (PAT) and Thermal imaging. We will provide observations or recommendations within our report and include an estimate of costs for items noted.
